Motivational Monday: Relationship Advice

Making a fitness or weight-loss resolution? You need to treat it like a serious relationship. Think of how much time and commitment you give a new relationship and give that same amount of time to fitness.
Also, think of your new goals this way: When you met your significant other, did you expect to have two kids, a dog, and a house within 30 days? No? Then why are you expecting that same level of result from your fitness goals?
Let’s think of this as a long-term relationship.
